The 2026 edition of the North-Central National Division One Handball League has been rescheduled to hold from 28th September to 3rd October 2026 at the Indoor Sports Hall, Package B, Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.
The competition was earlier scheduled to commence on 23rd September 2026, but has now been shifted to 28th September.
The new date was contained in a message from the office of the North-Central Zonal Representative on the Board of the Handball Federation of Nigeria, notifying participating teams of the adjustment.
According to the directive, all participating teams are expected to arrive at the venue between 26th and 27th September, ahead of the commencement of hostilities on 28th September.
The participating teams have also been advised to take note of the new dates and make the necessary adjustments to their travel and competition plans.
The North-Central National Division One Handball League is expected to bring together teams from across the zone to compete for honours and promotion opportunities within the national handball structure.
