Engr. Isah Dantala of the Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute (NBRRI) has endorsed the Bassa Nge National Youth Conference 2026.The endorsement followed a courtesy visit by the leadership of the Bassa Nge Community Development Network (BNCDN) to his office in Abuja.
During the visit, the President of BNCDN, Mr. Joseph Emmanuel Yaba, appreciated Engr. Dantala for his contributions and strides in the development of Bassa Nge. He encouraged him to do more for the people, stressing that his efforts are recognised and appreciated across the kingdom.
Mr. Yaba also announced that the Board of Trustees and the executives of the organisation had decided to honour Engr. Dantala with an award at the Bassa Nge National Youth Conference in recognition of his contributions to the development of the land.
The President of the Bassa Nge Youth Association (BNYA), Alhaji Aliyu, joined in commending Engr. Dantala, describing him as a true son of the kingdom whose commitment to the progress of Bassa Nge is worthy of recognition.
The Team Lead of the delegation, Mr. Dan Shaibu, also prayed for continued success in Engr. Dantala’s endeavours, describing him as a silent achiever whose contributions speak for themselves.
Responding, Engr. Dantala commended the leadership of BNCDN for its efforts towards the development and unity of Bassa Nge. He expressed support for the youth conference and prayed for the success of the programme.
The Bassa Nge National Youth Conference 2026 is scheduled to hold on Saturday, August 29, 2026, in Lokoja, with the theme: “From Potential to Power: Mobilizing Bassa-Nge Youth for Transformation.”
